"Little Kitchen of Bo" is a snail mail club by Bo Natakhin that combines the charm of physical mail with the joy of cooking. Each month, members receive an original, hand-crafted cookbook in their mailbox.
How does it work?
Cooking is a journey. Here’s how yours begins:
Part I: The cookbook
Every month, I dive deep into one type of food and create a mini cookbook dedicated entirely to it. Each edition explores a full theme, covering everything from basic techniques to creative variations. Alongside the cookbook, I include a personal letter sharing the inspiration behind that month’s focus and what it means to me.
Part II: The making
Then the cookbook is carefully designed, printed, and paired with hand-drawn elements like sticker sheets that match the spirit of the theme. Each package is then wrapped in custom-designed tissue paper, tucked inside a colourful envelope to brighten your day.
Part III: The moment
When it’s ready, the edition is mailed to you on the 20th of each month. You can use it daily, cook through it slowly, experiment, make a mess, and rediscover your creativity. Each edition becomes rarer month by month, and over time, you’ll have a priceless collection of handmade cookbooks with a fragment of my soul inside.
F.A.Q.
Not everything is a mystery. Here are a few answers before your first letter arrives:
When will I receive my edition?
Editions are mailed on the 20th of each month.
If you subscribe before the 20th of the current month (for example, on March 15), your first edition will be shipped on April 20.
If you subscribe after the 20th of the current month (for example, on March 25), your first edition will be shipped on May 20, unless I have any extra copies.
How much does it cost?
Membership is $15 USD per month, plus delivery:
- $2 USD ($3 CAD) for Canada
- $3 USD for the U.S.
- $6 USD (€5 EUR) for international addresses
Canadian subscribers will also see applicable taxes added at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, I send cookbooks anywhere in the world! Whether you live in New York or Tokyo, a colourful envelope filled with culinary inspiration will find its way to you.
Can I purchase previous editions?
Most editions are printed once and never again.
However, if I happen to have any extra copies, I’ll list them on the Previous Editions page.
These are rare and may be priced higher due to their limited nature!
Will I be charged automatically?
Yes. Membership is recurring, and you’ll be billed automatically each month on the same date you signed up.
How can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime by visiting your account. Click here to log in.
How can I update my address or payment method?

What should I do if my mail gets lost on its way?
Please allow:
- 2 weeks for Canada
- 3 weeks for the U.S.
- 4 weeks for international deliveries
If nothing arrives by then, reach out to me. I’ll happily resend it or offer a refund, whichever you prefer!
Can I choose a theme for my poem?
Not at this time. I only write about things that move and inspire me. It keeps each month honest and alive!
